The Pacific Island Regiment Veteran Association is dedicated to safeguarding the proud heritage of the Pacific Island Regiment and honoring the service of its members. Through advocacy, commemorative events, and historical preservation initiatives, we ensure that the sacrifices and achievements of our veterans remain recognized for generations to come. Our commitment is to uphold the values of loyalty, courage, and unity that define the Regiment’s legacy.

The inaugural Black‑Tie Dinner hosted by the Pacific Islands Regimental (PIR) Veterans League marked a historic occasion for the Papua New Guinea Defence Force (PNGDF) and its veteran community. The event celebrated the 60th anniversary of the Royal Pacific Islands Regiment (RPIR), a cornerstone of PNG’s military heritage, and provided a platform to address critical issues affecting veterans and active service members.
